1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RealEventsApp ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

RealEventsApp is a technology platform that connects event organisers with vendors, service providers, and guests. We provide tools for event planning, vendor management, task tracking, RSVP management, and check-in services. We are a marketplace and software provider — we do not directly provide catering, decoration, photography, or any other on-ground event services.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide on the Platform. Event organisers are responsible for vetting vendors they engage with. Vendors are responsible for delivering services as agreed with organisers. RealEventsApp does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or legality of any vendor service.

4. Limitation of Liability

RealEventsApp acts solely as an intermediary and software provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealEventsApp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to:

  • Any vendor's failure to perform, late arrival, substandard service, or breach of contract.
  • Any disputes between organisers and vendors or between organisers and guests.
  • Any loss, injury, or damage occurring at an event managed through the Platform.
  • Technical interruptions, data loss, or unauthorised access to user accounts.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. RealEventsApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person or entity, to interfere with the security of the Platform, or to upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

7. Changes to Terms

RealEventsApp reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
