1. Digital Delivery

RealEventsApp is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

2. Instant Activation

Upon successful completion of a payment for a premium subscription, event pass, or any other digital service on our platform, the delivery is instantaneous.

  • Your account will be immediately upgraded to the purchased tier.
  • Premium features, unlimited guest caps, and AI tools will be instantly unlocked in both the mobile application and the web dashboard.

3. Delivery Issues

In the rare event that your account is not upgraded immediately following a successful payment deduction, please do the following:

  • Force-close and reopen the mobile application or refresh the web dashboard.
  • Check your email for a payment confirmation receipt.
  • If the issue persists for more than 15 minutes, please reach out to our support team immediately with your transaction ID.
