Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all payments processed through RealEventsApp for event-related services, including vendor bookings and premium feature subscriptions. All payments are processed by our partner Razorpay.

2. No Refund Policy

RealEventsApp does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Subscription fees for premium features or plans.
  • Vendor booking fees processed through the Platform.
  • Event listing or promotion fees.
  • Any other service fees charged by RealEventsApp.

3. Cancellation by Organiser

If an organiser cancels an event or a vendor booking:

  • RealEventsApp Platform fees are non-refundable as per Section 2.
  • Any deposits or payments made to vendors through the Platform are governed by the individual vendor's own cancellation policy. RealEventsApp is not responsible for enforcing vendor refund policies.
  • Organisers and vendors are encouraged to agree on cancellation terms before booking.

4. Cancellation by Vendor

If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking:

  • The organiser is entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid to that vendor through the Platform.
  • RealEventsApp will facilitate the refund process through Razorpay. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • RealEventsApp is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the organiser due to vendor cancellation.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a payment or refund:

  • The parties should first attempt to resolve the dispute directly.
  • If unresolved, either party may contact RealEventsApp at support@realeventsapp.com for mediation.
  • RealEventsApp will review transaction records and communications on the Platform to make a fair determination.
  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

6. Chargebacks

If a user initiates a chargeback with their bank or card issuer:

  • The account associated with the chargeback may be suspended pending investigation.
  • RealEventsApp will provide Razorpay with all relevant transaction records and communications to contest improper chargebacks.
  • Users who abuse the chargeback process may have their accounts permanently terminated.
